I had an amazing experience today with Eddie and Ogan (God I hope i got their names right, because they were amazing today). Helped us move from a place with a lot of tight turns and stairs into a place with way way less of those things. They were friendly, accommodating, quick, and above all professional. They deserve two raises and a pony. I cannot heap enough praise upon them for their care for our stuff, their efficiency, and their ability to adapt to the layout we presented them with.

Initial customer service is great - Kiki and Neena are very communicative and transparent about proper scheduling and fees. The tool All Star provides for processing inventory for your move is very easy to use, and they're supportive in auditing said inventory and providing the estimate.Paco, Will, and Chris cruised through the single truckload of items while being amicable and laidback. Time was kept to a minimum and came under the initial estimate.

From start to finish, they were extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of our home and belongings. They took great care in handling our furniture and even helped with reassembly, which was a huge help.What really stood out was their patience and flexibility — when I changed my mind about where some items should go, they moved everything around with a smile. Update 08/30/2025Another great move by All Star Movers.A little late but they made up for it.This was my 4th move.on 04/29/2023 All Star Movers helped me move for the third time in the last 3 years and as before they did a phenomenal job with timeliness, packing, wrapping and moving.I find their personnel very professional. They always quote accurately and I never had to worry about upcharge or additional fees.I will certainly use their service again and recommend them to everyone.

From my very first phone call with Kiki, the sales manager, who was friendly, responsive, and made me feel confident about my move, to Cheryl in estimating, who was exceedingly helpful and patient in walking me through all the details.On my moving days, my team of Harp, Eddie, and Sal went above and beyond. They were careful with all of my belongings, easy to work with, and incredibly approachable. All Star Movers had experience in moving folks into these types of facilities, which provided some peace of mind ahead of moving. They made sure to carefully pack the items of value or that needed additional attention. They got everything to her new home in a few hours.After a very a challenging week in handling all of my dad's affairs, All Star Moving was the big win for my family and I. What a great moving company!Cheryl in the office provided a thorough, detailed and detailed estimate for our expected costs. She communicated well and helped make sure we had what we needed for our move. All two trucks, six crew and miscellaneous items were needed and accounted for.Miguel and Paco were excellent crew leads. They and there crew were polite, considerate and extremely hardworking. I cannot thank Cheryl, Miguel, Elijah, and Gordo enough (hoping I spelled everyone’s name right)! I was moving in the same area but I definitely needed the help all while making sure I don’t stress my dog out, and they were super helpful and made my move smooth. And they made carrying heavy things look so damn easy. I was dumbfounded, haha. I was nervous about moving but they made it easy and fun and they also loved my dog, so that’s a plus! It only took a couple of hours as they were already ready with their game plan and executed the plan with ease. I seriously would recommend using this company for your move. The process from beginning to end was very simple. This is actually my second time using them and the 2nd time using them was the best. Thank you again to everyone involved and I’m sure I’ll see yall in the future. 😊

The 5-man crew that handled our move at All Star Movers & Storage was phenomenal. My wife and I couldn't have asked for anything better. They paid close attention to what we needed done and were extremely polite ... no push-back. Our All Star crew worked extremely hard and never goofed off. We had quite a bit to move from a large hutch, a 77-inch TV, two Queen beds, and heavy outdoor furniture to a huge living room couch. Plus paintings and many boxes of household and personal items. To top that, our move required almost an hour and a half drive and two trucks.The All Star team was polite, always positive, very thoughtful hard workers who never sloughed off. Led by a superb managerr named Harp, our All Star movers included Eddie, nacho, Alex and Esteven, and when I say I never saw a harder working group of men, I am not joking. My wife and I couldn't believe our good fortune at having a team like this load and move our home belongings over 150 miles. And, not a single item in our move was damaged, except for a wine glass and that was due to poor packaging on my part.Let me close by saying the team leader, Harp, was very much a thoughtful 'people-person' in my book who helped his team rather than ordering them around. You couldn't ask for more in a mover but let me add one more bit of feedback: the preparation folks -- estimator Kiki and office liaison Cheryl -- did a magnificent job in assessing our needs and making sure everything was well set up before the move. They too deserve a note of gratitude for their professionalism and patience with me. My wife and I couldn't have found a better moving company anywhere, of that we are convinced.
