I cannot thank Cheryl, Miguel, Elijah, and Gordo enough (hoping I spelled everyone’s name right)! I was moving in the same area but I definitely needed the help all while making sure I don’t stress my dog out, and they were super helpful and made my move smooth. And they made carrying heavy things look so damn easy. I was dumbfounded, haha. I was nervous about moving but they made it easy and fun and they also loved my dog, so that’s a plus! It only took a couple of hours as they were already ready with their game plan and executed the plan with ease. I seriously would recommend using this company for your move. The process from beginning to end was very simple. This is actually my second time using them and the 2nd time using them was the best. Thank you again to everyone involved and I’m sure I’ll see yall in the future. 😊

The 5-man crew that handled our move at All Star Movers & Storage was phenomenal. My wife and I couldn't have asked for anything better. They paid close attention to what we needed done and were extremely polite ... no push-back. Our All Star crew worked extremely hard and never goofed off. We had quite a bit to move from a large hutch, a 77-inch TV, two Queen beds, and heavy outdoor furniture to a huge living room couch. Plus paintings and many boxes of household and personal items. To top that, our move required almost an hour and a half drive and two trucks.The All Star team was polite, always positive, very thoughtful hard workers who never sloughed off. Led by a superb managerr named Harp, our All Star movers included Eddie, nacho, Alex and Esteven, and when I say I never saw a harder working group of men, I am not joking. My wife and I couldn't believe our good fortune at having a team like this load and move our home belongings over 150 miles. And, not a single item in our move was damaged, except for a wine glass and that was due to poor packaging on my part.Let me close by saying the team leader, Harp, was very much a thoughtful 'people-person' in my book who helped his team rather than ordering them around. You couldn't ask for more in a mover but let me add one more bit of feedback: the preparation folks -- estimator Kiki and office liaison Cheryl -- did a magnificent job in assessing our needs and making sure everything was well set up before the move. They too deserve a note of gratitude for their professionalism and patience with me. My wife and I couldn't have found a better moving company anywhere, of that we are convinced. Absolutely amazing experience using these guys for my move. We used them for both packing and moving and I was amazed at how efficient and quick they were to get the job done. We had a challenging bedframe to take apart before getting it out of the apartment, but Nacho and his team were able to get some extra tools and even replaced some of the stripped hardware from its initial assembly. I cannot recommend them enough. Materials and labor were very reasonable and customer service to setup the move was easy.

Moving is never fun. It’s emotional, exhausting and chaotic but this time around with all star movers, they made everything positive and achievable.I’ve moved 5xs in the past 13 years and I hope this is the last time in a long time. I have no idea how I found All Star Movers, but I’m glad I did. From the start ,Cheryl was kind and helpful, and followed up which clinched the deal.All Star Movers headed by the team of Paco, Jose, and Giovanni made everything better. They are strong, athletic, reassuring, good listeners, respectful and polite not only to me, but to each another. I could hear the way they spoke to one another, and it impressed me. I slept better that moving nite than I had in weeks thanks to their physical, conscientious, and professional care. 🙂 even when I took time to “think things through,” they were patient. And when I looked stressed, they checked in on me. These guys were INCREDIBLE! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better guys to handle our move. There were stairs at both our old apartment and new house but that didn’t hold them back at all. Every single piece of furniture, box, glass, tv etc arrived perfectly in tact with not even a scratch on anything. They were very professional and Personable from the start of the pack out to the delivery the next day. Very organized in the process and did not waste any time in packing my furniture up, loading on the truck and the Off load at my final destination. Their advertisement was spot on 'excellent service' and that's what I received. I was referred to All Star Movers & Storage by my realtor Ken S. and I'm pleased to say this four-man crew was spectacular!It started with a virtual tour of my mom's home with Cheryl D. This virtual tour was done via smart phone and I walked through each room so she could determine the size of their truck, crew size, time to complete the job, storage size and estimate of job.Paco, Alex, Juan and Mario arrived on their scheduled day and were ready to work. They all joined my walk through (a quick recap) of what needed to be done and they got right to work. I had two destinations, #1 storage facility (during commute traffic, 15 minutes south) and #2, my home (45 minutes north, back in commute traffic). So it was critical to load the truck efficiently.It was clear each guy knew their role and they all used their time efficiently, and worked well as a team. Not a slacker in the bunch! They were always polite to me and my cousin Teirey, as well as to each other. No request was too big or too small, and they never made us feel like a request was an imposition.Because I had a few add-ons, one couch and a sectional (which are certainly big pieces), I wasn't sure if the storage space I rented would accommodate these additions. The person at the storage company made me feel a bit nervous and thought the movers would get halfway done loading it and then realize they didn't have enough room. Paco, the lead mover, was so confident, he said, "if it doesn't fit I'll pay for the move." I took Paco's advice and sure enough we had room to spare! That's what happens when you're experienced and confident—and he certainly was! Paco's advice saved me a lot of money by not having to rent a larger storage space! (Thank you Paco!)Paco, Alex, Juan and Mario were impressive and you made All Star Mover & Storage look like the best in the state! If these four men are examples of the hiring practices by All Star Mover & Storage, then kudos to you as well!Everything was packed, wrapped and moved with care!Thank you All Star Mover & Storage, Paco, Alex, Juan, Mario and Cheryl.(A personal note: This was my mom's home for almost 30 years. She passed away February 11, 2024. It took a while to get used to the idea that it was time to remove every photo she hung and every Tchotchke she bought representing her many travels. She was proud of her yard, every plant she grew and every hedge she shaped, including her well manicured lawn. She has two daughters and countless photo albums representing our lives. It wasn't easy watching her possessions wrapped in plastic, packed into cardboard boxes, sealed with tape and then disappear into the back of moving truck. Her possessions now stored in a 10'x20' storage space less than 10 miles away, will be divided, sold or given away in the coming weeks. Her home is now empty, and one day soon another moving company will show up to unload the possessions for a new family.)
