I'm ill with a life-threatening disease, recently diagnosed. I needed a solid team to get me and my wife moved. Based on reviews I chose this company. Comms were good and the schedulers are accommodating. But the highlight was the team that showed up. I want to commend Alex, Paco, Johnathan, and Steve for pulling us through, well beyond what you'd expect; super-long day after an early start! These guys handled our stuff with care, from packing the boxes up to loading and delivery. Strong, good men in a time when I needed strong good men. It was a way longer day than was quoted and Alex made it a point to explain my options before I authorized additional time. And it wasn't like they were dragging out the time, either. Paco is a great instructor; I watched how patiently he coordinated lifts and furniture protection. Chris was friendly and packed up our kitchen with care. Jonathan helps everyone, listens, and cooperates with guidance while also careful. Alex was great for communication and paperwork and also made sense of our office chaos. You don't find many teams like this. Good luck to you, gentlemen.

My elderly mother had to move today and it’s been quite a feat to get her ready.The movers were on time, efficient, organized and most importantly friendly to a stressed out old woman. They deal with elderly clients like this a lot. The quote, estimate, scheduling and payment process was easy and Nina at the office was a great help!They offer other services as well and I highly recommend them. I was tasked with a company project moving office equipment from one state to another. I had a very short time frame to put this together, and I had back and forth conversations with my leadership on how to handle the move.After a reasonable quote initally sent, I received a follow up quote with better pricing shortly after, without even asking it. I was able to book and ship the following week and everyone at All Star Movers and Storage was incredibly friendly, helpful, communicative, and professional.During the delivery, I full expected the equipment that was shipped to have a few broken pieces, so I prepared that as the one of the worst case scenarios. Everything was delivered just fine, except for some very light cosmetic damage (which is far better than what I was expecting) that could not be prevented.Over all, my team and myself are incredibly happy with the service that was provided, the effeciancy, communication, and experience from this team. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if the oppurtunity arises.Thanks for making a stressful situation, a lot less stressful.

This licensed and insured moving company is reasonably priced and so professional. The quoting and scheduling process was easy and transparent. On moving day, Bernie and Amen were extremely professional, respectful and hard working. They disassembled and reassembled two large, heavy, somewhat complicated bed frames like experts. I would use All Star Movers & Storage again in an instant…and I would request Bernie and Amen by name. My wife and I were a little apprehensive about this job (which included trading bed frames between our and my mother’s homes) and it could not have been smoother or easier.

I had an amazing experience today with Eddie and Ogan (God I hope i got their names right, because they were amazing today). Helped us move from a place with a lot of tight turns and stairs into a place with way way less of those things. They were friendly, accommodating, quick, and above all professional. They deserve two raises and a pony. I cannot heap enough praise upon them for their care for our stuff, their efficiency, and their ability to adapt to the layout we presented them with.

Initial customer service is great - Kiki and Neena are very communicative and transparent about proper scheduling and fees. The tool All Star provides for processing inventory for your move is very easy to use, and they're supportive in auditing said inventory and providing the estimate.Paco, Will, and Chris cruised through the single truckload of items while being amicable and laidback. Time was kept to a minimum and came under the initial estimate.

Update 08/30/2025Another great move by All Star Movers.A little late but they made up for it.This was my 4th move.on 04/29/2023 All Star Movers helped me move for the third time in the last 3 years and as before they did a phenomenal job with timeliness, packing, wrapping and moving.I find their personnel very professional. They always quote accurately and I never had to worry about upcharge or additional fees.I will certainly use their service again and recommend them to everyone.
